The NightCrawler

Wandering through the darkness of time
He looks for more of his lost kind
Ancient can't describe his age
But his looks never seem to change
The night is his beloved friend
Though at day he must decend
Decend into a darkened grave
Untill the next night, he must save

Palest sking of white delight
Dark colored hair to match the night
Ghostly eyes which hide deception
A lonley heart that looks for redemption
Looking into his pit sins
You find a light hidden deep within
Why that is this creatur feared
Is it because of his unending years?

Mystery incloses this tall formal man
As he flatters his lover like no mortal can
Bringing a dream so beautiful and pure
Hidding a beast that he secretly indures.
History to him is more than a story.
For he was a part of it, and all its glory.
Hadsom still though strong and protective
For staying alive is his only objection.
